Millionaire for Life is MUSL's newest multi-state lottery, launched February 22, 2026. Players select five numbers from 1 to 58 and one Millionaire Ball from 1 to 5. Draws take place every day of the week at 11:15pm ET. The top prize is pari-mutuel: one winning play may choose $1 million a year for life, guaranteed for at least 20 years, or an $18 million cash option; multiple top-prize winning plays share that value. The second tier normally pays $100,000 a year for life or its published cash option, but it becomes pari-mutuel and cash-only if the multi-state liability limit is triggered. Divisions 3 through 9 are fixed cash prizes. Tickets cost US$5 each. Millionaire for Life is available in 31 US lottery jurisdictions.

Millionaire for Life is played by selecting five numbers from 1 to 58 and one Millionaire Ball from 1 to 5. Tickets cost US$5 per play. Draws occur every day of the week at 11:15pm ET. Tier 1 (all five numbers plus the Millionaire Ball) is pari-mutuel: one winning play may choose $1 million a year for life, guaranteed for at least 20 years, or an $18 million cash option; multiple winning plays share that value, and the high-winner rule can require a cash-only payment. Tier 2 (five numbers, no Millionaire Ball) normally pays $100,000 a year for life or its published cash option, but becomes pari-mutuel and cash-only if its multi-state liability limit is triggered. Tiers 3 through 9 are fixed cash prizes: $7,500 for four numbers plus Millionaire Ball, $500 for four numbers, $250 for three numbers plus Millionaire Ball, $50 for three numbers, $25 for two numbers plus Millionaire Ball, $8 for two numbers, and $8 for one number plus Millionaire Ball. The game is available in 31 US lottery jurisdictions.
