Terms of service
The rules for using Lottery FM. Plain language, and short enough to actually read.
By accessing or using Lottery FM (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Unofficial results
All lottery numbers, division payouts, jackpot amounts and related data on the Site are aggregated from publicly available sources and are unofficial. Publication can be delayed, a draw can be missing, and an entry can be wrong — we correct errors as soon as we find them, but before claiming any prize you must independently verify your ticket against the official record published by the operating lottery. We are not responsible for losses caused by acting on unofficial data displayed here.
2. No affiliation
Lottery FM is operated independently. We have no sponsorship, partnership, affiliation or approval arrangement with any lottery operator, government regulator or industry body covered on the Site. Game names, logos and other trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here for reference only.
3. No tickets sold
We do not sell lottery tickets, accept entries, hold funds or pay prizes. The Site is informational. To play, use the official channels of the operating lottery in your jurisdiction.
4. Eligibility and responsible play
Lottery participation is governed by the law where you live, not by us. The minimum legal age differs across the jurisdictions we cover — 18 in most of them, and higher in some US states and Canadian provinces. By using the Site you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age and that lottery participation is lawful where you reside. Nothing on the Site is an invitation to play where doing so would be unlawful. If gambling is causing harm, free help is listed in the sidebar, in our footer, and on our responsible gambling page.
5. Advertising and third-party content
The Site may display advertising served by third parties, including Google. Those ads, and any site they link to, are not ours: we do not endorse, verify or control advertisers, their products or their content, and we are not responsible for any dealing between you and an advertiser. An advertisement is never an offer of lottery tickets or entries by Lottery FM. Our privacy policy describes how advertising cookies work and how to control them.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Light personal use is welcome — bookmarks, sharing links, quoting individual draw numbers in a personal post with attribution.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site or its data will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. Numbers may be delayed, missing or — though we guard against it — wrong.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lottery FM and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, prizes, opportunity or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
9. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be highlighted on this page where reasonable. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Site’s operator is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
