Before the 2025-04-08 redesign, Mega Millions Divisions 2 through 9 paid fixed cash amounts, not a multiplier — Megaplier was a separate, optional $1 add-on rather than part of every ticket. Outside California, only the jackpot was pari-mutuel; California paid every division pari-mutuel under state rules. Unofficial — reconcile your ticket before claiming.
