Thunderball is a fast, frequent UK lottery drawn Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Players select five numbers from 1 to 39 plus one Thunderball from 1 to 14. Division 1 offers a fixed £500,000 prize, providing certainty and consistency. Nine prize divisions, all fixed cash amounts, reward various winning combinations. Thunderball tickets cost £1 per game. Four weekly draws maximize entertainment opportunities.
Lottery FM publishes each Thunderball result within minutes of the official draw, with every division, the winner count and the prize paid. Division 1 was won in the most recent draw.
Lottery FM does not sell tickets — this is how the game works wherever you buy one.
Thunderball requires selecting five numbers from 1 to 39 plus one Thunderball from 1 to 14. Tickets cost £1 per game. Draws occur Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Division 1 (all five numbers plus Thunderball) wins a fixed £500,000. Divisions 2–9 reward winners matching five numbers without Thunderball, four numbers with or without Thunderball, three numbers with or without Thunderball, two numbers with Thunderball, one number with Thunderball, and Thunderball only. Every prize, including the top prize, is a fixed cash amount paid in full to each winner — none of it is divided among multiple winners, and the same fixed amounts are on offer every draw whether or not they're won. Prizes are only capped, and rounded down, if a draw's total payout would exceed four times that draw's sales.
