How do I claim a Set for Life prize?
Claim through the official The Lott jurisdictions / Lotterywest (WA), not through this site — smaller prizes can usually be paid at any authorised retailer, while larger amounts require contacting the operator directly with the original ticket and ID. Australia has no single national claim window: it depends on the jurisdiction the ticket was bought in. Queensland allows 7 years to claim; NSW and the ACT allow 6 years; the Northern Territory allows 3 years; Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia each allow 12 months initially.
